Eligible parts are backed by a warranty. Coverage varies by part and condition — here is what that can cover.

Coverage

Many mechanical and body parts sold through Partix are eligible for a warranty against failure due to a defect that existed at the time of sale. Coverage length and terms are shown on each quote before you purchase. If a covered part fails within the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund it.

How to file a claim

Contact us through your account or the order confirmation with your order number and a description of the issue. Keep the part installed by a professional where required, and retain your installation receipt. We may ask for photos or documentation to process the claim.

What is not covered

  • Labor, fluids, or consumables unless explicitly stated on the quote.
  • Damage from improper installation, misuse, or accident.
  • Normal wear items and cosmetic imperfections disclosed at sale.
  • Parts sold explicitly "as-is" with no warranty.
